As an ER doctor, Jack Davies (Jeff Wincott, Prom Night) has seen too many gunsot wounds, crack-addicted babies, and over-doses to feel like he's making a difference any more. Now he wants to get to the heart of the problem - drugs. Without knowing where to start, Jack accidentally uncovers a web of trafficking, payoffs, and corruption that extends to the very top of the U.S. government. Now he launches a one-man war against the conspiracy and learns that in order to conquer the brutal criminals, he has to fight them on their own terms.
